Return & Refund Policy

At Sunglasses Mart, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, unworn, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags.
• Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products, subject to product availability.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. If applicable, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided or a pickup will be arranged.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.

Return Shipping

• Approved returns are eligible for free return shipping.
• No restocking fee is charged.

Refunds

Once your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 10 days.

• Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI after the required details are provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
• Original packaging, accessories, or tags are missing.
• The return request is made after the 7-day return period.
